If the Meeting Owl app says “No Internet,” it means that your Owl has connected to your router, but can’t reach the internet. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Are you trying to connect to a captive portal? Captive portals are networks that require user action before access is granted. Usually this means entering a username and password, and accepting terms of use.
- If yes, select Yes and connect to your captive portal network. If you are still unable to connect, troubleshoot this issue.
- If no, try connecting to a different network.
- Contact your IT manager or Internet Service Provider if problem persists.
