If you are trying to connect your Owl to Wi-Fi, but your available networks do not appear in the app, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Ensure your Owl is not in a meeting.
- Close the app.
- Press the Home ()button 2x, quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
- Swipe ◄ left or ► right to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe ▲ up on the app's preview to close it.
- Reopen the app, select your Owl from the Nearby Owls list, and try setup process again.
- Confirm that you can see your network on another device. If not, contact your IT manager.
