If you are trying to connect your Owl to Wi-Fi, but your available networks do not appear in the app, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Ensure your Owl is not in a meeting.
- Close the app.
- Reboot the Owl. Unplug the Owl's power supply for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
- Reopen the app, select your Owl from the Nearby list, and try setup process again.
- If problem persists, confirm that you can see your network on another device. If not, contact your IT manager.
