This article applies to the Meeting Owl Pro and Meeting Owl.
If the Meeting Owl app says "Bluetooth Connection to Owl Lost," or "Disconnected from Owl," select Go Back, and select your Owl again. If problem persists, try the following.
- Reboot your Owl. Unplug your Owl’s power adapter for 10 seconds, plug back in, and try selecting your Owl from the Nearby Owls list.
- Ensure your Owl is not connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Change to a new network that is either 5 GHz or mixed 2.4/5GHz network.
