If remote participant hears garbled or choppy audio, repeating sound fragments, or if the audio drops out, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- You may have a bad connection on your call. Try having local and remote participants disconnect and reconnect to the video conference call.
- If using Wi-Fi, try changing the Wi-Fi network of your conference call computer.
- If using an ethernet connection on your conference call computer, try changing to Wi-Fi.
- If problem persists, the video conferencing platform vendor may be experiencing difficulties. Try using a different video conferencing platform.
Please note: Remote participants may hear garbled or choppy audio if there is a significant amount of noise in the room with the Owl, such as cars, music, dog barks, or other background noise.
