Using the Meeting Owl app, you can connect your Owl to the following networks:
- WPA2 + AES
- WPA + AES
- WPA + TKIP/AES
- WPA + TKIP
- Open Network
- Open Network with Captive Portal
- Multi page captive portals are not supported. To determine if you have a multi-page captive portal, sign in to your network via a computer. If there is more than one page to click through in order to connect, it is a multi-page captive portal.
- If your Captive Portal network has an expiration, you will need to reconnect once your password expires.
Meeting Owl is incompatible with WEP or WPA/WPA2 Enterprise Networks. If you are required to enter both a username and password, you may have a WPA/WPA2 Enterprise Network. If you have a WEP or WPA/WPA2 Enterprise Network, please see if your IT team can create a subnetwork for IoT devices like the Owl to live on. If you cannot create a subnetwork, you can update your Owl's software by tethering to your mobile device's personal hotspot. See how to do this on an Android or iOS device.
If this is an issue, or you can't connect to a network or update your software, contact Owl Labs support.
