If you are hearing static, distortion, or choppy audio through the Owl’s speaker, follow the steps below:
- If using a USB extension cable, test with the 6’ cable that came with the Owl. Some unapproved USB extension cables may cause distortion through the Owl’s speaker. If problem is resolved, try using an approved extension cable that is sold through our shop.
- Test with a different microUSB to USB cable.
- Try a different USB port.
If problem persists, test a sound file locally on your computer.
