If you aren’t located in one of the locations above, many customers have had success shipping the Owl to one of our supported locations and then forwarding on to its final destination. The Meeting Owl is rated for 110 - 240V so it will work around the globe.
We cannot assist in forwarding to unsupported locations, including any associated paperwork (SED forms, commercial invoices, etc.).
Before you decide to ship your Owl internationally, please consider the following:
- Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm ET. We will respond as quickly as possible during those hours, but if you’re in a different time zone, there may be a delay in our responses.
- We only offer support in English. We have used Google translate to work with other languages, but things may get lost in translation. Here is more information.
- Returns must go through the channel you purchased from. If you purchased via our website, we offer a 30-day return policy and units must be returned to our U.S. or U.K. warehouse. Purchases made via Amazon are returned to Amazon and follow Amazon’s return policies . You are responsible for all shipping and associated costs for returns.
- Owl Labs is currently only able to ship the Meeting Owl to the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada, and the Meeting Owl Pro to the US. Therefore, should it be determined that your Owl needs to be replaced, the replacement Owl would need to be shipped to one of these locations. Pre-paid shipping labels for the original Owl to be sent back to our US or UK warehouse can only be created from one of these designated shipping locations.
