Are you trying to connect to a captive portal with an iOS device? Captive portals are networks that require user action before access is granted. Usually this means entering a username and password, and accepting terms of use. Currently, we are investigating an issue with iOS and captive portals. Please try connecting with an Android device, if available. You can contact Owl Labs Support for status updates on the iOS fix.
