We are working on translating our support articles in the near future, but in the meantime, we’ve found that free services such as Google Translate are an easy tool for customers to use to translate our support site for answers.
Here’s how you can use Google Translate to quickly translate our support pages:

If you can’t find the answer you are looking for, we will do our best to use Google Translate to communicate with you via chat or email, but apologize if anything gets lost in translation! You can use the chat widget on the bottom right corner of this page (or any page that starts with support.owllabs.com), and your chats will be translated. You can also use this form to submit a ticket. Note, we cannot support non-English phone or video calls.
