To find out the status of your Owls, select the Dashboard tab on the left.
You will see a summary of unregistered, offline and outdated Owls. You can click into these links to see the Owl details.
- Unregistered Owls are associated with your company, but have not been registered via the Meeting Owl App or connected to Wi-Fi to receive software updates. Follow these steps to register and connect.
- Offline Owls are no longer connected to Wi-Fi and cannot receive software updates. Follow these steps to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Outdated Owls do not have up-to-date software. Follow these steps to update your Meeting Owl’s Software.
